The service
Anqa One is online business-management software that lets a company manage tasks, projects, clients, sales, quotations, GST invoices, expenses, attendance, leave, payroll and reports. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes the company.
Your account and your team
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- The company owner decides who is added to the team and what each role can see and do. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Each plan includes a set number of team members. Additional members are charged as shown on the pricing page.
Free trial
New companies get a free trial of 15 days with the full product. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, access is paused until you choose a plan; your information is kept.
Plans, payment and renewal
- You pay in advance for the billing period you choose: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual, at the price shown on the pricing page when you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.
- Plans do not renew automatically. When a period ends, access is paused until you pay for another period.
- Extra team members beyond those included are charged per member per month for the period you pay for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the service to store or send unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content;
- try to access another company’s information, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
- use bots or scripts to sign up or sign in, or work around plan limits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows;
- upload malware or anything meant to harm the service or other users.
Your information
You own the information you put into Anqa One. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the information you enter, for having the right to enter it, and for any consents or notices needed to process your employees’ and customers’ personal information, including PAN, Aadhaar-related documents, salary and location.
You can export your records from the reports and exports in the product at any time.
Invoices, GST and payroll
Anqa One calculates invoices, taxes, payroll and reports from the information and settings you provide. These are tools to help you, not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking them, for the accuracy of your settings, and for your own tax filings and payments. Please confirm important figures with your accountant.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and parts of the service depend on third parties such as hosting and payment providers.
Suspension and ending the agreement
- You can stop using the service at any time. Because plans do not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
- If an account is closed, you can ask for your information to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our rights
The Anqa One software, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms give you a right to use the service, not to own any part of it.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts in India with jurisdiction over our registered office. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account owners in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
